HLR BEEF offers the option to purchase half or whole Angus butcher beef. To inquire about half or whole beef please contact Larry Tiner at 903-880-6547 for availability. HLR BEEF will deliver cattle to the processor once our cattle reach 1200-1300 lbs. We now sell half or whole beef year-round when available.
The buyer pays the butcher fees for cuts and packaging directly to the butcher. HLR will coordinate with buyer their cut selections for the butcher.
