HLR BEEF offers the option to purchase half or whole Angus butcher beef. We begin booking half or whole beef each year in February until our allotment is booked full, normally sometime in June or July. Once our beef reaches target weight, 1100-1300 lbs. in December of the same calendar year, HLR BEEF will deliver your beef to the butcher.
The buyer pays the butcher fees for cuts and packaging directly to the butcher. HLR will coordinate with buyer their cut selections for the butcher and notify you when your meat is ready for pick up, or delivery to buyer for additional delivery fee.
HLR Beef is aged to perfection, vacuum or paper packed, and labeled. (See Beef Chart & Suggested Cuts. Two downloadable charts for review. )
